Yes, ARC homecare hand washes are antibacterial and will kill germs. The active ingredients may include triclosan among others.  

Germs can cause illness. Germs are on things that we touch every day, and can be transmitted by touching people and surfaces. If you are using a surface like a office table, door knob, kitchen counter or a sink, you should disinfect or sanitize those areas and wash your hands with soap.

Safe for use on: Ceramic, Chrome, Concrete, Granite, Marble (unsealed), Porcelain, Stainless Steel

NOT safe for use on: Aluminum, Brass, Wood
